Property Maintenance
Tollis Properties provides maintenance to The Estates II Apartments, condo, and home owner groups and to individual home owners. Homes in good condition retain their value. The life of your appliances, furnace and other fixtures is extended. Utility bills are reduced and emergency repair bills are eliminated.
Some services we provide are cleaning furnaces, dryer vents & gutters; changing bulbs, smoke alarm batteries and filters; eliminating drips and running toilets; replacing switches, plugs, gfi’s, smoke alarms, and light fixtures.
If we don’t provide the service needed, we’ll recommend a local professional who does. We have over 20 years of experience solving maintenance problems.
